Situation
The Country Inn at the Mall wanted to replace its older DOS-based property management system, provide online reservations and make it easier for potential guests to find the hotel web site. They desired implementing a non-complicated solution that did not require a fleet of IT professionals to install, administer and maintain. The system needed to be affordable, easy to use, with the capability to run the hotel more efficiently and allow guests to make reservations online, in real time.
Solution
